All content on the Appfordown platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Appfordown or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without our express written permission.

License

When you download an app from Appfordown, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the license agreement accompanying the app.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

– Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app downloaded from our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appfordown and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appfordown and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appfordown operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of these terms or the platform.
